Smart Reminder

Schedules reminders from natural-language sentences. Things like "drink water every 45 minutes" or "send the report tomorrow at 3 PM" just work.

What it does

Use this to never miss medication, get break alerts, get prep warnings before meetings, or build a water-drinking habit. It auto-pauses while you are in a meeting so it does not distract.

How to use

Five tabs:

Compose

  1. Type the reminder in natural language (e.g. drink water every 45 min).
  2. The preview panel shows what the system parsed.
  3. Tweak manually if needed.
  4. Click Save.

  • Reminders fire when the computer is on, you miss them when it is off.
  • Meeting detection uses psutil, browser-only meetings may not be caught.
  • Data is stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\BulkPRO\reminders.json, copy that file to back it up.
