Video Watermark

Burns a translucent logo onto videos. For brand watermarks on YouTube videos, corporate promo films and training content.

What it does

Use this to add your brand logo to vlogs, stamp copyright notices onto training videos, or mark the source of shared content. The logo is baked into the video permanently, no removable layer.

Note: This tool is for videos. To watermark still images use the Image Watermark tool instead.

How to use

  1. Drag video files into the list.
  2. Pick a Logo Image (PNG recommended for transparency).
  3. Pick a Position (4 corners or centre).
  4. Pick an Output Format.
  5. Set Opacity and Scale.
  6. Click Run.

You get one watermarked copy per video.

Logo formats

PNG (recommended for transparency), JPG, JPEG, BMP.

Position options

  • Top Right: YouTube style.
  • Top Left: Classic.
  • Bottom Right: Standard brand mark.
  • Bottom Left: Alternative.
  • Centre: Large copyright notice.

Settings

  • Opacity (10-100%): 80% is the standard, visible but not competing with content. 50% feels subtler.
  • Scale (5-50%): Logo size relative to video width. 15% is standard, 25%+ is a big stamp.

Examples

Corporate logo on vlogs: Add the vlogs, pick the corporate PNG, Top Right, Opacity 70%, Scale 12%, run.

Copyright notice on training videos: Add the videos, pick the copyright image, Centre, Opacity 25%, Scale 40%, run. Subtle full-frame notice.

Permanent YouTube channel logo: Add the videos, pick the small logo, Bottom Right, Opacity 60%, Scale 10%, run.

Logo on brand promo films: Add the promos, pick the logo, Bottom Left, Opacity 85%, run.

Watch out

  • The logo is baked in, you cannot remove it later. Keep the original videos.
  • Use PNG for a transparent background. JPG logos bring their own background.
  • The logo shows for the entire video, you cannot set a start/end time.
  • Animations (fade-in, slide) are not supported, the watermark is static.
  • Text watermarks are not supported. You would need a video editor for that.
  • The same logo and settings apply to every video in the batch.

Free tier has a monthly video-watermark cap. Office plan removes it.
